Yes Salami Bites are 100% gluten free. They are processed in a gluten free facility. They are dairy free and egg free. Salami Bites contain no nuts, although the facility does use pistachio nuts in another product line.

Our Salami Bites are free from nitrates and nitrites. There are no added colours or flavours. Just 100% Australian Free Range pork, spices and salt.

Like authentic Italian style salami in small bite sized pieces. We have a long history producing the highest quality, artisanal salumi and are proud to now offer this as a snack item. The Classic Italian flavour is what you would expect from a traditional salami product. The Chipotle flavour has a more smoky/sweet flavour with a very mild heat.

Yes they are 100% locally made in Brisbane Australia. The site has been manufacturing salumi for almost 60 years.
